The staff were very courteous and accommodating. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was particularly good, close to a train stop - it's a plus.

The staff is very friendly. The room is reasonably large. The location is particularly good, right by the restaurant for breakfast and close to the subway and train station. The West Bronx district is worth looking into. Every time we stay in New York City, we like to stay here.

The location of the West Farms Hotel was particularly good for traveling around New York City. It's just off in a good area near stations. I also found it convenient that it's not too far away from El Bohio Lechonera; I ate there once or twice.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant smell. The hotel staff allowed a later check-out time, which was accommodating to our late arrival. We appreciated the theme of the bedroom, even though it was located near the entrance.
